Use the exhalation to dissolve obstacles in the mind and body. What obstacles?
1. The obstacles that obstruct the proper processes of the physical body (tightness, poor circulation, tension, physical weakness).
2. The obstacles that prevent peace and joy from emanating from you at all times, even in the midst of hardship. Those obstacles are mental distractions, rigid thinking, habitual thoughts, and unfocused mind.
Physically: Variations are given to increase or decrease intensity. This is a very gentle vinyasa format with minimal weight on wrists.
