Aimed toward relaxation, even though there's a spot here and there where you can choose to challenge the body a little more. The point of challenging the body is to train the mind to maintain a relaxed state. We do this consciously in yoga practice, but many times our bodies are challenged not from our conscious choice. Yoga helps us be with it all. In whatever tradition you practice, I wish you a celebration filled with love and clarity.
