Higher intensity practice with a "vinyasa" feel. You'll add to the sequence, engaging your own creativity and making it your own flow. We focus on freeing the mind of pervasive thoughts to bring us into the present practice. "Vinyasa," a style of Hatha Yoga where breath and movement is coordinated into meditative flows, develops strength and endurance, improves range of motion and creates a felt sense of all-around freedom.
