Vigorous intensity practice with a "vinyasa" feel. You'll add to the sequence and make your own flow.

"Vinyasa," a style of Hatha Yoga where breath and movement is coordinated into meditative flows, develops strength and endurance, improves range of motion and creates a felt sense of all-around freedom.
