Higher intensity practice with a "vinyasa" feel. You'll add to the sequence and make your own flow. This practice helps increase shoulder mobility as well as balance out the strength and flexibility in the chest and upper back.

"Vinyasa," a style of Hatha Yoga where breath and movement is coordinated into meditative flows, develops strength and endurance, improves range of motion and creates a felt sense of all-around freedom.
