Physical focus: whole body Mental focus: coming to your center, away from the outer concerns and fuller focus on the centrality of your being - Focus on the physical practice today, on movement, breath, on the space you're working on, being "here and now." Moderate to higher intensity practice with a "vinyasa" feel. You'll add to the sequence and make your own flow.
