Dealing with Tension, Irritation, & Aggravation

A restorative practice, lower intensity, virtually no weight-bearing on the arms. A long sequence of postures on the back, in seated, and a little more strengthening in standing. This practice talks about "going limp" in body and mind to help us with mental tension, irritation and aggravation. Feeling peace is much harder to do when we cling to our ideas of right/wrong, good/bad, etc., so in practicing letting our mental grip of our ideas that limit our understanding of the truth, we can feel that expansiveness in which peace lives.
