You'll need to turn your volume all the way up for this practice - I was using a new software and had volume too low. Restore & strengthen by feeling layers of the physical body and the energetic body. This practice gets deep into the the calves, hamstrings, inner thighs, where often contribute to our back and hip pains. Low intensity with some light weight-bearing on the arms.
