Focusing on the Back
and the back body

At some point you'll need a chair for practice - be prepared and bring one close before you start. We'll practice to retrain the way we use the body, and focus on using the lower body more effectively.
A healthy back is vital for a healthy body and a clear mind. The extra focus on the back will create strength and length in all the right places to prevent and, possibly relieve, back pain. Please have props handy (yoga blocks, firm blankets/pillows).
