Physical focus: Back, hips, and upper back with various supported back-bends to assist in these areas. (Crystal bowls played at the very end).
Lighter practice to help open the body and welcome the week with an intention. You will benefit from having a block (or something to replace it like firm pillows/blankets) AND a yoga strap (a regular belt for pants works fine, it's what I used).
