Lower intensity practice to help open the body and welcome the week with an intention. You will benefit from having a block (or something to replace it like firm pillows/blankets) AND a yoga strap (a regular belt for pants works fine, it's what I used). This practice focuses particularly on increasing the range of movement in the lower body, pelvis, hips and low back. There's also attention given to the shoulders and neck, increasing motion and relieving tension.
