Lower intensity practice to help open the body and welcome the week with an intention. You will benefit from having a block (or something to replace it like firm pillows/blankets) AND a yoga strap (a regular belt for pants works fine, it's what I used). This practice focuses particularly on increasing the range of movement in shoulders, shoulder strength, and upper back strength.
