Extra Focus on Shoulders

A healthy back is vital for a healthy body and a clear mind. Today's class we will use a strap; you can use an yoga strap or a simple belt, which is what I use. The extra focus on the back will create strength and length in all the right places to prevent and, possibly relieve, back pain. Please have props handy (yoga blocks, firm blankets/pillows).
