Physically: We don't use our bottoms enough. So much of our back pain stems from not engaging our "glutes." This practice will remind you that you have a bottom and then it will help you lengthen those muscles we are making stronger. Also helps open up back of legs, low and mid-back.
Mentally/Emotionally/Spiritually: We are all unique expressions of one Source from which we originate. We honor that in the beginning, during our practice, and at the end, remembering that we are made of joy, and sending that to the world to seal our practice. For Joy in all Hearts, Sandy
