All around body focus, especially helpful in the lower back and hips. Today we consider the purpose for relaxation and for Yoga Asana in general. This is a lighter intensity practice to help you relax, open the body and wind down the week and ease into the weekend. Especially helpful for flexibility. Please have props handy (yoga blocks, firm blankets/pillows).
