Whole Body + Focus on Hips & Legs

Whole body focus, especially great for neutralizing the body from all the sitting we do. Some room for practicing, i.e., working towards but not necessarily doing, splits (center and side). Lower intensity practice to help you relax, open the body and wind down the week and ease into the weekend. Especially helpful for flexibility. Please have props handy (yoga blocks, firm blankets/pillows).
