All around body focus, especially helpful in the upper back and legs.
We also focus here on the letting go process, of all things that have happened this week, good and not so good, things we don't like and things we find pleasurable, with a focus on finding the joy we have cultivated within and allowing it to grow.
Lower intensity practice to help you relax, open the body and wind down the week and ease into the weekend. Especially helpful for flexibility. Please have props handy (yoga blocks, firm blankets/pillows).
