Relax and open to inner calm with this practice, loosening the grip of the past and the constricting memory in the body. We focus on the whole body, from the legs to the chest. Especially great for neutralizing the body from all the sitting we do. Lower intensity practice to help you relax, open the body and wind down the week and ease into the weekend. Especially helpful for flexibility. Please have props handy (yoga blocks, firm blankets/pillows).
