Low-medium intensity - almost no weight bearing on arms. Static interference with the wireless mic - oops! I think I fixed the issue for tomorrow's practice:

Class description: The thrill of release and the joy of filling up is found in this practice. Mentally letting go of those thoughts and feelings that harm us, anxiety, depression, fear, - we have to first recognize them, then we can release their grip on us. In that release, we can fill into the spaciousness that we have created all the goodness in the world. Physically, great for hips, low back, upper back.
