Restorative practice. Almost no weight-bearing on the arms and helps you with modifications if needed to prevent pressure on wrists/elbows. You'll need a couple of firm blankets and/or yoga blocks. If you can have both blankets and blocks it'll give you more to experiment with. Gentle strengthening of core and hip flexors. Focusing mental energy on drawing in Prana using a specific visualization. Also begins with Bhramari, a humming breath that provides focus and calm. Let your self "bee" absorbed in the sounds and vibratory experience.
