Light-intensity with a challenge or two here and there. Making space for deeper breaths, this practice focuses on the intercostal muscles between the ribs that help facilitate breathing. When these muscles are tight, taking deep breaths is challenging. When we are able to breathe more fully, we are closer to being in harmony with nature.
