Release stress - where is your grip tight in the body? What are you holding onto in the mind? In this practice we start with releasing tension in the suboccipitals, where we tend to hold a lot of tension. This area is really important for the energetic body. I found that after practice, I didn't have to circle my head or stretch my neck much after these muscles were released. This practice is also great for lower back strength and releasing tightness there.
A low intensity practice, slow is often what the racing mind needs.
