Lighter intensity practice to help really open the body and help you RELAX. Props will come in handy today; yoga blocks or books, firm pillow(s), firm blanket(s). This practice will release the armor that you're carrying and don't need! Upper back, base of neck, back, forearms, wrists! Here, we also use sound healing to help us get deeper.
