Weekend Practice to Restore & Strengthen

Restore & Strengthen: Lower intensity practice with a little challenge to help you restore your energy, open the body, and strengthen. Balancing the body in strength and flexibility is vital. This practice opens and closes with chanting and is a holistic practice for mind, body, and soul. Please have props handy (yoga blocks, firm blankets/pillows). NOTE: This practice opens up legs, a lot! Quadriceps in particular. You may need to rest a blanket under your knees- we are on the knees for a large portion of the practice.
