Please remember to:
Wear comfortable clothes and have layering options
Bring a writing journal, preferably not a laptop but an actual journal book and a pen that writes well
Bring anything for comfort, hydration, blankets or anything else that feels right!
If you prefer to sit on the floor, there are blocks and blankets. You can bring a yoga mat, etc.
You will have the option to sit on a chair with a table or the floor.
Important: Please let me know if you have any food allergies (no gluten or dairy will be in our lunch)!!
If your plans change and you are unable to attend, please keep in mind that you may use this registration for a future class/workshop!
